Monster energy commercials most commonly follow an athlete playing a sport.

Normally said athlete's sport is being represented by a panning wide shot.

This shot is not normally preceded by a establishing shot.

An example of this is for a running commercial monster energy might take the camera from a wide shot of a track from the side which pans over to make it seem like the runner is running directly as the camera.

They then normally do a Jump cut to them drinking a monster energy drink from a low angle.

The camera then tilts up until we get an eye line match while they drink said monster energy drink.

After this the commercial shows how they improve after drinking said monster energy drink normally there performance has improved by a noticeable margin. Doing the same Panning wide shot as the beginning.

Then it shows the monster energy logo. With there slogan which is "Unleash the Beast"

------
Sound

The score is normally played over the ambient sound and they're supposed to sync with each other.

The score is not specifically original on rare occasion they are made specifically for the commercial but, normally it is not.

The ambient sound is still played as stated earlier it is just synced with the score.

----
Costumes

The costumes for monster energy commercials normally include the actor wearing a Monster energy shirt.

For the pants and shirt it really depends on the sport played in the commercial but. overall the other clothes they wear are not branded.

-----------------------------------------
Props

The props in these commercials depend on which sport it being played.

Such as if the sport in the commercial being played is basketball there will be a basketball and a basketball net and hoop.

If and when there is a monster energy product in the commercial the monster energy logo will always be in the center of the shot.

---------------------------------
Appearence

The actor in the commercial for the commercial is normally built well.

They will be fit for whatever sport they were playing and they will be sweaty so that the sun glistens off of there skin.

------------------------
Lighting

The lighting for the shot will always be angled in such a way to have the most of the actor illuminated.

The lighting is meant to feel upbeat and meant to motivate the viewer.

As said earlier the lighting will also be angled to make sure the actors sweat glistens.
