Film Review

Alright now it's crunch time I wentahead and reviewed my film In all it looked good but, wasn't what I was going for. It had 6 main problems.   The first prooblem was the voiceover. The voiceover you could tell was recorded on a phone Which is never ultimately a good thing. It was grainy and ultimately needed replacing. The next  issue was the lighting. It was way too bright. So I a gonna have to change the filters on the video. Next issue is the credit font. The font I used stupidly was comic sans That ends up seeming more comical than anything else. Ultimately I will have o replace this. The transition between the different takes definitely needs to be different. It is way too unnatural and you can tell it is a different take Also the music needs to be fixed to be more in sync with the action.

Today I learned that Imovie absolutely is the best. I started by attempting to edit the movie on moviepro off the app store. Failed you couldn't add music effectively. So I went on to the next website. That failed too even though I was using my good computer it couldn't correctly render. So I tried adobe premier pro. Another roadblock wih that insane subscription service price. So I tried to pirate the service and it just did no work whatsoever at all. Ultimately even though I couldn't find a way to add credits in Imovie yet. I defeatedly returned to the program Only to learn that you could in fact add text to scenes. This was like the second coming of christ. In editing form I hard popped off and went back to editing in the refilmed scenes. Took a bit of messing around but, I eventually got it down and continued on my editing way.

Today I began editing my movie. First, due to prior complications, I had to go and do some refilming. As outlined in my recording blog I was pushed into a pool so I got an extra day of filming. I went and got my partner from my one day of filming. I had also until today not had a can of monster energy. Luckily today I had gone to 7 eleven and got my can of monster energy. So we went out to the field and we refilmed a scene in which I used a replacement monster energy. It went really well we met another class out there and got some help with framing the video from them. Unfortunately due to this, we had gotten a costume change mid-commercial which I think I'm going to have to keep in. Past that when I got home I went on an iPad and loaded Imovie. This was the first time I had ever use the program and found it quite easy and intuitive. Though a little issue is that you cannot actually use sound outside of apple music. To get around this I added another video and disconnected the aud

Today I began filming. We went out to the beach and unfortunately it began raining. So I had to go back into the car and wait for about 2 hours. Once we got out the sand was still wet . We set up the green army men and everything seemed in order. Then we started filming and learned unfortunately that pop it's will not actually explode on wet sand. This made it almost impossible for the pop its to explode. So then we had to deal with that problem. We took a slab of rock and put it under the sand so the pop it's would have more force. No dice still wasn't working. So then we decided to try to just do it on stone. Then realized the pop its actually got wet not allowing them to explode. So then we hiked it to Walmart to get more of them. We got there got out of the car. Went into the store. Looked around. Only to see that they were out of the Pop it's. This journey had infuriated me to the highest order. So we just both went home. We decided to try again the next day. I or
